MyOneHitWonder Policies

MyOneHitWonder encourages you to use our service as long as you abide by the MyOneHitWonder Terms of Service and Disclaimer and MyOneHitWonder's prohibition on spamming and unethical marketing activities. The following are some examples of spamming that may violate the Terms of Service and MyOneHitWonder's Spam Policy:

• Manipulating identifiers, such as e-mail headers, to disguise the origin of any content transmitted to or through MyOneHitWonder computer systems.

• Relaying e-mail from a third party's mail servers without the permission of that third party.

• Using or causing to be used MyOneHitWonder computer systems to facilitate the transmission of unsolicited or unauthorized material. This includes any promotional materials, URL's, junk mail, chain letters, pyramid schemes or any other form of unauthorized solicitation that you may upload, post, e-mail, transmit, or otherwise make available.

• Using robots or otherwise harvesting other's e-mail addresses from the MyOneHitWonder site for purposes of sending unsolicited or unauthorized material.

• Uploading, posting, e-mailing, or transmitting the same message, URL, or post multiple times.

• Disrupting the normal flow of dialogue, or causing the screen to scroll faster than other users of the service are able to type, or otherwise acting in a manner that negatively affects other users' ability to engage in real-time exchanges.

Violations of our Terms of Service or this Spam Policy may result in legal action against you and the termination, without notice, of your MyOneHitWonder ID and/or anything associated with it, including, but not limited to, e-mail accounts, deliveries, customer service posts and profiles. Nothing in this policy is intended to grant any right to transmit e-mail to or through MyOneHitWonder computer systems. MyOneHitWonder does not waive any rights by the failure to enforce this policy in every instance in which it might apply.

NOTICE: Sending unsolicited e-mail advertisements to or through MyOneHitWonder computer systems will use or cause to be used MyOneHitWonder servers located in Texas. Any unauthorized use of MyOneHitWonder computer systems is a violation of the MyOneHitWonder Terms of Service, Spam Policy, and certain federal and state laws, including the Computer Fraud and Abuse Act (18 U.S.C. § 1030 et seq.). Such violations may subject the sender and his or her agents to civil and criminal penalties.

What This Privacy Policy Covers

• This policy covers how MyOneHitWonder treats personal information that MyOneHitWonder collects and receives, including information related to your past use of MyOneHitWonder products and services. Personal information is information about you that is personally identifiable such as your name, address, e-mail address, or phone number, and that is not otherwise publicly available.

Information Collection and Use

• MyOneHitWonder collects personal information when you register with MyOneHitWonder, when you visit MyOneHitWonder pages or the pages of certain MyOneHitWonder partners. Information Sharing and Disclosure

• MyOneHitWonder does not rent, sell, or share personal information about you with other people or nonaffiliated companies except to provide products or services you have requested, when we have your permission, or under the following circumstances:

• We provide the information to trusted partners who work on behalf of or with MyOneHitWonder under confidentiality agreements. These companies may use your personal information to help MyOneHitWonder communicate with you about offers from MyOneHitWonder and our marketing partners. However, these companies do not have any independent right to share this information.

• We have a parent's permission to share the information if the user is a child under age 13. Parents have the option of allowing MyOneHitWonder to collect and use their child's information without consenting to MyOneHitWonder sharing of this information with people and companies who may use this information for their own purposes;

• We transfer information about you if MyOneHitWonder is acquired by or merged with another company. In this event, MyOneHitWonder will notify you before information about you is transferred and becomes subject to a different privacy policy.

• MyOneHitWonder displays targeted advertisements based on personal information. Advertisers (including ad serving companies) may assume that people who interact with, view, or click on targeted ads meet the targeting criteria - for example, women ages 18-24 from a particular geographic area.

• MyOneHitWonder does not provide any personal information to the advertiser when you interact with or view a targeted ad. However, by interacting with or viewing an ad you are consenting to the possibility that the advertiser will make the assumption that you meet the targeting criteria used to display the ad.

• MyOneHitWonder advertisers include financial service providers (such as banks, insurance agents, stock brokers and mortgage lenders) and non-financial companies (such as stores, airlines, and software companies).

• MyOneHitWonder works with vendors, partners, advertisers, and other service providers in different industries and categories of business.

Cookies

• MyOneHitWonder may set and access MyOneHitWonder cookies on your computer.

• MyOneHitWonder lets other companies that show advertisements on some of our pages set and access their cookies on your computer. Other companies' use of their cookies is subject to their own privacy policies, not this one. Advertisers or other companies do not have access to MyOneHitWonder's cookies.

• MyOneHitWonder uses web beacons to access MyOneHitWonder cookies inside and outside our network of web sites and in connection with MyOneHitWonder products and services.

• You can edit your MyOneHitWonder Account Information at any time.

• New categories of marketing communications may be added to the Marketing Preferences page from time to time. Users who visit this page can opt out of receiving future marketing communications from these new categories or they can unsubscribe by following instructions contained in the messages they receive.

• We reserve the right to send you certain communications relating to the MyOneHitWonder service, such as service announcements, administrative messages and the MyOneHitWonder Newsletter, that are considered part of your MyOneHitWonder account, without offering you the opportunity to opt-out of receiving them.

Confidentiality and Security

• We limit access to personal information about you to employees who we believe reasonably need to come into contact with that information to provide products or services to you or in order to do their jobs.
